Rhiannon Morlan is a free-lance photographer and a registered nurse. Rhiannon started Relished Moments Photography in 2018. She set out with a goal to provide heart-warming photos while still representing her individual style. Rhiannon is married to Jamey and resides in Powell. They have four children, Janee, Kayden, Jarret and Josh.
